enable you to not need to files down your nail as well

Is this specific to a certain model?
I just checked some out but they came with a built in file.

The one I have cut my nail and feel like I don't need to file it down, it's already nice and smooth, which work even better with zip tie, as I like to have a little bit of zip tie sticking out than completely flush (this can result in it breaking off if the hose/housing got caught).
