imagine if u could dope for like one or two stages, tho, get some pain killer etc, maybe you could assign different performance enhancers a points value and give an allotted number of points to each team to craft a stratagy
do you go all in on epo for your main guy? maybe spread the load of some pain killers and inhalers for your super domestiques. little t gel for the whole team
would surely add another strategy layer to the sport and it might even pop off on twitch opening new revenue streams
