A little about the Hagen frame:
The man who built the frame is Edward Hagen. He's mainly known for his Rafty mountainbikes but also built track and racing bikes under his own name. He operated out of his own shop, which he still has afaik but now is more focussed on (ice) skating. http://www.hagentechniek.nl/
One other track frame that I know of in circulation was made for a former pro team, Batavus. Got powder coated sadly so non original colour, but here is the photo. https://imgur.com/a/JLOjR , with the same trademark track ends as my hagen frame.
The previous owner of this track from contacted Edward years ago and he informed them the tubing was Oria 7020. Which the seller passed on to me.
The Hagen arrived with a few stickers and decals that I wasn't huge on, so I scrubbed off one logo on the top tube and removed a sticker for that cleaner look.

Initial built that I rode for a while
A temporary crankset (not doing the bike justice) which I've been eager to replace
The cockpit looked beautiful (in my opinion) giving off proper 2000s vibes but just found the bars too narrow to get myself up the many hills I live around
Build in this photo:
Selle Italia saddle
Blb seatpost
Nitto risers and stem
Stronglight crankset (47T?)
H+ son rear wheel laced to Blb hubs
Notorious 03 trispoke

Thanks!
Ordered a lo pro, dropped seat stay track bike make out of the same tubing as the Hagen, Oria 7020.
Smooth welds with triangular top tube, seat tube and down tube (all three of the triangular tubes pointing inwards) and plan to build it up with some tall risers(spank spoon 60mm), brakeless for a bit but soon enough put brakes on it. Maybe trispoke front wheel and somewhat deep section on the back, still figuring that out
Thompson elite seatpost, zip stem
Specialized comp saddle most likely. And miche primato cranks.Looking for some long black grips but haven't found any I like the look of. Considering strong V grips but would prefer some lock on one's. Drop some suggestions if you have any

Been slow going with lots of stuff life has thrown at me. But the mielec finally arrived (6 months after purchase) and thinking it had been lost in the post.
Tried a "dry" run to see how the fork/black on blue would look before getting the BB chased and faced
Edit: really looks like a toy/miniature in this photo

Built up using some bits taken off the beater, it's currently looking like this

As I've been buying lots of bits for my Hagen and transforming it slowly into my dream build, I thought I'd post pictures and update on its journey (after a friend also insisted on me documenting it on here). Custom mielec is in the post so going to document the evolution of that bike also.
