They didn't try to decline it either time I did it.
I made it clear it was for everyone there, so I hope they use them to buy things for the entire team not just the individuals that did the admin/stabbing on me.

Mostly.
Gifts have to be declared if value is over £50 and you should not accept them if it could possibly be perceived that the gift might influence your professional judgement. In most cases, small gifts for nurses are fine.
The Trust I worked for had a no gifts >£50 policy for people at band 9 and above.
