Up for sale my basically brand new Omnium Mini Cargo.
Frame and some of the parts owned from new (bough and build locally in Paradise Cycles - London).
It was always my dream owning an Omnium, but never had a space for one of the bigger ones. 2 years ago went for holiday to Copenhagen (home of Omnium) and test ride their smaller Mini Cargo and fell in love with it.
Bought the frame and all the parts and never thought that my buildings elevator might be too small.
That unfortunately proved to be huge issue as I live on 5th floor.
That’s the main reason for sale.
Also could use more space for my new mountain and dirt jumpwr bikes.
Lastly the job I was mainly using it for has relocated away from London due to Covid.
You can still fit in elevators, but without cargo and with front wheel up.
You can carry the bike up stairs too, but again - without huge cargo.
The bike has seen about 150km on the road when doing flower deliveries (based on Strava).
It has been collecting dust and cat fur for past 2 years.
List of parts:
Frame: Omnium Mini Cargo - L - “Not just Black Metallic” colour
Headset: Pink Chris King (pretty rare colour)
Stem: Thomson 80mm
Bars: Ritchey “moustache” Grips: Deathgrips camo
Brakes: Sram RSC (hydraulic)
Shifter: Sram XO 11 speed
Seatpost: Thomson
Seat: WTB Bottom Bracket: Sram GXP
Crankset: Sram Rival - 40t ring
Pedals: no pedals (can supply flat pedals for test ride) Stand: Omnium heavy duty kickstand Rear lock: Basta integrated rear lock (installed on seat stays and can lock rear wheel to frame super easy) Chain: KMC
Rear mech: Sram XO 11 speed Casette: Shimano Ultegra 11 speed Wheelset: Hope Hubs on Halo rims (will update which model) and DT Swiss Tyres: Schwalbe Marathon (32c rear)
(Bold text means that the part was owned and bought from brand new with less than 150km on them)
Frame is “L” but definitely can be fit “M” rider or bigger.
As mentioned, bike was build professionally by Paridise Cycles, so shifting and hydraulic brakes work perfectly.
Wheels build from brand new by SBC cycles (if you know, you know).
Colour is super interesting.
Black with rainbow sparkle (NJS style), but at certain light conditions, the frame turn to almost metallic brown.
Few little scratches on seat tube from locking up.
Supplied pics are from when the bike was just build and 2 parts has changed:
-instead of Sram Force cranks, it’s Sram Rivals
-instead of Thomson flat bars, Ritchey moustache bars (much comfier)
Located in London (Bethnal Green area) where it can be tested.
Most probably won’t be posting this.
Also no splitting (might sell wheels and frame together).
Would be too much hassle boxing this up safely and also would be shame breaking it apart when everything works so nice.
