Anyone any idea what would happen if I had my second Pfizer in UK (walk in) after having my first in NL (where I live)? Unsure if it would mean I end up in a no-mans land of only having proof of one in each country rather than fully vaccinated.

I'm in this situation. You need to speak to someone, not on lfgas. I'm trying to port my uk vaccine into the system here, then its registered here. Call nhs or your doctor if you have one.

Getting the shot is probebrly easier, but getting it registered means you get the vaccine passport.
