Rhythm & Bikes (Jez and Bruno and team) is an ace bike repair shop. My joint-fave LBS in Brighton along with Rayments.

I didn't know about them until the tag as my work is London road side. I often use Baker St for convenience but I know a couple guys at Rayments and at all Bikes electric on Queens Rd. They only sell e-bikes but the mechanics can do most things.
