I've a fairly well used 105 11-28 cassette and a 32 spoke Shimano Ultegra (6500)/Open pro ceramic with a slight bump in the rim somewhere which I took from my commuter. Had put up with it for years and just got fed up with the thud thud under heavy braking, it's also got a little hop but nothing you'd notice unless you're running really narrow tyres at very high pressures. Additionally the freehub body is a bit loose but rotates fine, it might just need tightening but for the commuter its never been an issue regards gear shifting. Hub runs well, not loose and no grinding/notchiness.

Have a set of fulcrum racing 7s that (front and rear) don't get any use anymore, if they would be any good to you? I used to use them a few years back before moving that bike to a wheel-off trainer. Happy to send some photos though. Happy to post but will also be up in Leeds in August too if your not in a rush

Have a Xero XR-1 rear wheel that would do a turn on a turbo but little out of true and past it's best but should be fine for a turbo, can come with the front as well which is out of true, breaks catch on the seam of the rim and the brake surface is concave so not fun to ride, think I have a 9 speed 11-25 cassette knocking about you can have, you can have £30 posted. Will see about the cassette later on if you're interested. No tyres mind.
