That kinda implies are Cav is the 2nd top sprinter to start this year’s TDF.

That’s still huge news.

If he was coming second to Ewan, that would still be an excellent performance.

And the story would be that he is handing over the keys to the kingdom to the younger generation, or something to that effect.
