Is the car difficult to start?
Have you got a multimeter? Check the resistance of the glow should be around 5 ohms. If they need replacing...good luck. Check if the rover diesel glow plugs are cheaper than the BMW ones. If replacing, get a decent make IE not halfords brand, Beru if you can as they are my favs.

Abs sensor replaced on the e46. Now for the annoying bit where you wait and see if it has solved the intermittent problem.
I’ve cleared the code and a very brief drive hasn’t reactivated them. Got a longer drive home later, hopefully it’ll remain clear. Annoyingly, greasing the contact surfaces hasn’t got rid of the squeak from the same corner, bugger!
@Fixedwheelnut any idea about these?
