Aso drops charges.
As someone said above I think the intention was to get a big story in the news that people who do really stupid shit run the risk of being charged. Obviously the decision to drop the charges won't get anywhere near as many column inches.
The unintentional Internet pitchforking of the individual involved is a shame, but will probably help further dissuade people from doing really stupid shit at the side of the race.
[EDIT] ASO have dropped their lawsuit, but the woman may still face charges from the French Police.
