  • Whilst we are here was anyone else a left feeling a little unnerved by how good Pog was…?

  • Doping thread >>>

Or at least that's the vibe he's been giving me, but that's been with the sport in general. Still find it hard to believe that marginal gains explains they're climbing faster than during peak doping.

  • Yes. A bit…pas normal. Thought the same about MVDP at Strade.

    Küng agrees, BTW.

  • I'd like to think he's just a prodigy.
I feel like Froome was the first GC guy who was capable of winning the time trials as well as well as being the best in the mountains. Despite that he always had the occasional off day, bad handling, crashes, bonking, ugly pedalling style that made him seem a bit more realistic.

Can't see any flaws with Pogacar at all.

I'd think the same with Roglic if he could stay on his bike.

  • I'm giving Pog benefit of the doubt for now and going with 'generational talent'. Does look remarkably strong and composed, long way to go though and it just takes one bad day to bring him back to the realm of mortals.
