peanut butter and not long enough. I now mostly use this blue hollow ball with holes in the sides and break up some treats that are tough to get out.

Omar loves peanut butter in his Kong but it's a nightmare to get out of the carpet and the good 100% nut stuff tends to separate leaving the oil to leak out if you forget about it. The palm oily shit is the stuff that holds together but is apparently really bad for dogs

We've got some dog specific peanut butter that has no salt, no palm oil, no anything other than peanuts really. Wooden floors too.

We've got a tub of Pip and Nut on the fridge that we put in the Kong. Stops it separating as much.
