Insightful insights. Like whether Thomas is crocked. I wonder if he's less likely to spill on ex-teammates. He's improved since last year but still seems a bit rabbit in headlights at times.

Think that will come with time and distance, maybe once a couple of team mates retire and he’s not as close to them.
But it takes time to be comfortable on camera, and also to be able to make your points in succinct chunks, even after you’ve had time to prep.
And even then you may never be any good at it.
Millar’s transition to commentary/punditry from riding has been pretty seamless and is a best case scenario..
