You could put dog cocaine paste in a Kong and Otto couldn't be arsed to chew it. He's just not a chewer. The lazy fuck.

As long as it takes for another of my dogs to nick said Kong, then all hell breaks loose.

80-90% kibble then mix with PB and banana or even just a splash of water to soften the kibble. Slap it in the freezer then smear something tasty (PB again) on top to get them started. Pro tip - put down a towel, Nori will drown herself in dribble when smashing a Kong.
