If I could have sued the pedestrian that stepped out in front of my motorbike without looking, causing me to brake to avoid them and break a bone in my knee, causing me to be on crutches for 6 mths, I would have.
would you class what happened as an accident? No one at fault, just one of those things?
Because it wasn't it was totally avoidable.
