  • Yes. I think that the lack of interaction with people in the workplace is one of the biggest problems. We all give off and provide energy to others on some days and take it from others on lower days. I’ve missed this from the office. Also, it’s often easier to see the lack of effort when all the noise is stripped away. That’s not your fault, obvs. Maybe try a change of routine; an early morning 15 min walk, a new style of coffee, a quick bike ride, first thing, just some thing to shake up the start to your day.

    I’m heading away to the Cotswolds for a few days, so I’m hoping that a break will do me some good. I’ll give some of your suggestions a try also.
