Anyone that's been wondering about adjusting the pressure off their Gaggia Classic, I can totally recommend the Shades of Coffee kit, takes like 5 mins to fit, and the 9 bar spring has made a huge difference. It's now way more consistent, with virtually no channeling, and a good amount of crema.
