I think harassment is a different thing. There’s a danger that concern over victim’s feelings will allow bullies to be seen in a less damning way.Bullies are shits, especially adult ones.

I think we might, because I also think the word bullying allows bullies/assholes to be seen in a less damning way. 😁

I think we’re talking at crossed purposes somewhat. I’m not denying what bullying is or whether it exists, I’m saying that the word ‘bullying’ can be victimising and frankly insulting when used for adult interactions. Harassed is a better word, since it describes the same situation without the schoolyard connotations of bullying.
