    Is PP more harangued because she's a woman and a minority? How can you ever know? I mean she seems to hold more onerous views.

    Oddly as I'm doing a mental list of the cunty Home Secretaries that spring to mind, most seem to have something like sex, race or disability that people are often prejudicial about.

    You definitely can, which is why I’m not a fan of the word bullying as it conveys a stronger larger person abusing a smaller weaker person. Students can bully teachers, employees can bully managers, etc.
