So it can take 60mm 700c and bigger 650b, is that correct?

It take 29ers 2.4 tyres which I seriously doubt.

I also doubt they even seen the bike let alone ridden it.

The one picture presented is probably from the supplier, with their logo photoshopped on and the rim decals removed. Black & white, and low resolution to hide sloppy editing.
