  • GP5000 still the go to for a "fast" tubeless 700x32 (or 33)? I've been really happy with the Challenge SB in 36 but now on a wide rim they measure out to 40mm and I'm ready to try something different - and the SB only has a 30c, as does the Corsa Control. Typical ride is 90-95% paved, rest light gravel or dry hardpack depending on season.

    Other 32s:
    Pirelli Cinturato or P7 Sport
    Michelin Power Road
    Hutchinson Sector
    Schwalbe Pro One

Michelin or Schwalbe seem like the next best option (or maybe just best if the Contis are as difficult to mount as I've heard).

Edit: have just discovered a secret menu for Challenge that does in fact have a 700x33 option so that's in the mix.

  • I've been super impressed by my 32c Michelin Power Road Tubeless. 4,000 miles in, no punctures, plenty of life left and surprisingly quick. They come up at 35 on my 25mm internal rims. They started to leak a bit of sealant after 3000 miles but a top up stopped that and they've been fine since.

I've been less impressed with my Conti GP5000 (tubed) on my other bike, really fast wear rate.

Was about to say. Stick to those, easier to assume the same TL setup you have would be running just as good?
