That is really glorious, I’ve always wanted a De Rosa

This is amazing!

Wow that's very nice! What bars and stem are these?
-
• #3755
That's really nice.
What colour is the frame, officially? -
• #3756
Prefer the paint job on yours but I do like a quill stem :)

That's rad. But is it really super light?
-
• #3758
I think i need a frameset like this in my life
-
• #3759
NO - not really! Exactly 9kg as it stands. I’m planning a more WW approach with the Concorde Ego frameset.

• #3760
9kg is actually really light...

I’d prefer a quill too, the fork had been welded and extended for threadless before I bought it, otherwise I would’ve definitely gone quill. Looks much better now the steerer has been slammed and cut though. Will post a new photo when I get a chance

Stem is custom. Bars are Nitto B115A

Was more meaning that use of the moneygun could probably knock 500g off that quite easily! Switching to a carbon fork would have it closer to 8kg.

Here’s a better photo so the bar and saddle angle police can conduct a thorough investigation.

Chain-angle police may be sniffing around shortly, too.

Columbus Ego? 👌👌👌

The tapered headset with the clunky stem on top is what I can't unsee, the mushroom-esque proportions a visual fungal infection compared to a quill.

No MOGOF, no talk
-
• #3770
I've got at least 5 MOGOF's posted in this thread, 1 with a fugly ahead, the rest with quills ;)

Why go ahead? Performance is antique already.

Didn’t enjoy the steel fork. It’s well noodly.
Also, I lent it to Rapha for a photoshoot and it came back with a bit gouge in it so they bought me another one but the waiting time was 12 weeks. During that time I put on the carbon fork and realised it was better.

Looking good!
Are they the Light Bicycle rims you were talking about? -
• #3774

Looks great. I found those sort of deep bars looked great on my Joe Waugh but there was no way I was ever getting in the drops.
Compacts 4 lyf.
Took a quick pic at the top of toys while I waited for my homie
