Watch out with vintage on Chrono24. Buy the seller.

OF is probably the best place, with the sanest prices, but will require the most patience. Also you can't post in sale threads until you have quite a lot of posts under your belt.

Nice, I wouldn't call that tropical tho, just plain ol' water damage.

I am still in the honeymoon period with the Pelagos, only watch I have worn since buying it

Really like that , just sourced one. Being serviced / repaired. Underrated because it's quartz.

Still awesome mate.

What do you think of the caseback? My mate is considering replacing it as it scratches his wrist. When I had it, I thought it was a bit sharp, but never bothered me.
Great looking watch.
I’m still wearing this before it goes away for the bezel repair.

Never understood why the Pelagos don’t have drilled lugs, as it’s very much an (overpriced) functional dive watch!

My SKX007 is now back 2 minutes/days, don’t wanna get rid of it, maybe new movement time.
Suede NATO on Tudor is super comfortable even after tracking 40 miles of the South Down way.

It is my only gripe so far, drilled lugs would be an improvement, because I cannot get the bastard springbars out to try the rubber dive strap.

Yeah, I think it’s a slightly odd execution, not necessarily the depth of the moulding, but the sharp drop from the rim to the “background” area. It doesn’t bother me in normal wear, only if I have the strap too tight. Would prefer a plainer one, not for the comfort aspect, but because the amount of texture and depth makes it a terrible wrist cheese generator. Needs frequent cleaning.

So my mate is not crazy…
Ah i see....shows what i know.!
I am doing some more research before i jump in. I will be looking for a Professional 145.022 then. 1978 model year seems to be quit hard to locate, i found a 1979 on Chrono24 for 5k.
