115kg is not too bad, I guess most track parts will be strong enough, I would replace the bb with a Shimano bb-un55 and if that also breaks get some external bb track cranks.
Also double butted spokes are less likely to break than straight ones, because they almost always break at the head of the spoke and the double butted ones can stretch a bit more
