I have some scribe wheels - they're fucking brilliant, not that expensive and their customer service is second to none.

Matthew is dead against Hope so I'll take his word for it.
I think we might be able to get hold of a black Sram BB, so that'll do for now. I'll save my pennies for when it breaks.
Having said that, GXP does seem like a bit of a pain in the arse with their unconventional 24/22mm axle nonsense. I'm half tempted to sell the Sram chainset and get something more standardised (like Rotors) just to teach Sram a lesson.
They read this thread every day and they're completely obsessed with it.
In other news, apparently Venn (for some reason) only put a decent braking surface on their 30mm and 50mm rims; a luxury not extended to the 35mm version. Baffling, but there it is. As I'm not particularly keen on either 30mm or 50mm (purely on aesthetics I'm ashamed to admit), it is time to go back to the drawing board.
Since someone on here suggested them, I've been reading lots of reviews about Light Bicycle wheels and they sound extremely impressive for the price.... They also happen to offer a 35mm rim with a decent braking surface so they are really speaking my language.
@Glws you have pm - sell me your hooops!
