I followed this route, which is basically the same as the PDF until the very end. I deviated up to the top of Kinder, round the back, and came back down joining up to the same route - https://ridewithgps.com/routes/34066468

Well, it's certainly bloody hilly round here, isn't it?! Managed that loop in 2hrs 26m, and not ashamed to say I had to walk up a fair bit of it. My brain is frazzled from concentrating on the descents
