Bumping an old thread.
I'm really struggling with motivation at the moment, particularly at work. - Anyone else struggling too?
I find myself increasingly frustrated by people using Covid as an easy excuse, and there being seemingly no repercussions to laziness/people being shit at their jobs/people doing poor work etc.
