Might not tick all your boxes but I just built up this 60 cm pub crawler!
Nothing fancy, just left over bits that seemed to fit together nicely...
Its a touring Gazelle single speed conversion
630 wheel size
32mm tyres
501 Reynolds tubing
Suicide brakes
Bottle cage attached to the forks, because why not :)
Open to offers, cheap in any case>
