I wish I'd done the same.

England are appalling to watch. Every one of their players players in a team playing better football than this week in week out.

Southgate is a good guy doing a good job but I don't want to watch any more of it. Good job the next round will be tough.

Good job? He's doing a shit job - flat track bully with the most regressive safety-first tactics that are at risk of wasting a really exciting generation of English footballers.
4 at the back +2/3 defensive midfielders? Fuck me.

I don't disagree with any of that. But he's qualified, and got England out of the group stages.

He's obviously decided entertainment isn't part of his brief.

If he was doing it with style it would be a great job.
