Not really it was a sitter. I don't think he's shit by the way.

My gran could run faster than Kane.

Saka on the other hand is looking excellent.
-
• #157180
Scotland have actually scored a goal
-
• #157181
Can't believe how much better we've looked, Grealish and Saka fantastic
-
• #157182
Got to be in the right place to score a sitter tho, innit? Decent movement in the build up.

This half - fuck me England are dull. Awful, awful football and huge waste of resources.

Scotland pishing the bed.

Henderson, Bellingham and Phillips - at the same time. Dear lord.
-
• #157187
Yup
-
• #157188
England haven't conceded a goal yet.
But now we've got France / Germany / Portugal.
I predict we concede at least 2.

Is that a triple pivot? An extra three at the back?

She abandoned at 70 minutes with "fuck another 20minutes of this shit" and flounced

I wish I'd done the same.
England are appalling to watch. Every one of their players players in a team playing better football than this week in week out.
Southgate is a good guy doing a good job but I don't want to watch any more of it. Good job the next round will be tough.

Good job? He's doing a shit job - flat track bully with the most regressive safety-first tactics that are at risk of wasting a really exciting generation of English footballers.
4 at the back +2/3 defensive midfielders? Fuck me. -

No Scotland, No Party....enjoy your shitty boring patter vacuum of a tournament!
Right....back to bicycles!

I lived in Glasgow long enough to know Scotland's traditional tournament party is when England get knocked out.
Watched the 2002 WC 1/4 final in a rammed city centre pub at something silly like 7am on a Friday. Remember a friend coming back from the ladies getting a shove in the back from someone saying 'that's one of them', despite her being Scottish. Guilt by association presumably.
Shortly afterwards got vox-popped in George Square by local radio wanting a gleeful reaction to England's exit.
Enjoy next Tuesday.

You're right there. That's all we've had for 23 years.
The Iceland game was a great example, I loved it and celebrated like they were my own team. Its just how it is. I know it must sound sad and bitter or whatever but it's not a conscious decision, it's how I feel, its deep and I dont decide that. Then again it's only football.
Scotland first then anyone playing England, it keeps it interesting.
The pub incident, I ain't about that in any way shape or form.

I don't disagree with any of that. But he's qualified, and got England out of the group stages.
He's obviously decided entertainment isn't part of his brief.
If he was doing it with style it would be a great job.

Southgate can't win though, can he? If the team were gung-ho and conceding goals then everyone would be moaning about the fact we need to be tighter at the back and more disciplined.
"why don't you pass it? Useless prick" on Kane
