Anyone who looks after your spawn 1-2-1 and does a good job deserves more than that.

Don't teachers have ~1-2-30 and get half the salary? What should teachers be getting paid by this scale?

I know. My point was 1-1 with a young person for £50k seems like a great deal compared with 1-30 for £30k.
(Ignore me, I'm just venting because my partner is undervalued/overworked. Not directed at you)
