Nannies in London earn a bunch because they work 12 hour days. Hourly wage isn't great.

The one we're going to use over Summer is £25/hr. Which initially made me reel (when thinking of paying it) but is really only a £50k job IF they were able to work full time. And that's before all the other expenses they wouldn't have as a salaried employee.
