I didn't speak any Spanish or catalan and managed to get my residency done in one month. And I didn't even throw money at it.

Brits abroad have been constantly mocked on this thread/forum. This will continue when the first ones are shipped back because they failed to fill out the correct form because they don't speak the local tongue.
I was adding the overall figures to the discussion because they are useful for balance and I do think processing double the expected number of applications to be doing OK.
