My old mate Crum lived in a bedsit in Earls Court much like that. Single bed, little side table, chair by the window, that was it... He was a filmmaker so there were miniature sets and props everywhere... And overflowing ashtrays and empty brandy bottles, obvs... Dunno how he did it...

Came across this on a London flat finding group ( I'm helping a friend look). Thought it's obviously a troll right but did a little digging. The same person has posted a very similar advert before

The details match with a business listed on google, which has 2 reviews, one of which calls them crazy.
The phone no and email match a website for the same business, including photos of the owner

and that's linked to a Twitter which posts a lot and has posted some official documents with their name on.

All of which leads me to believe it's real, just very strange? The stuff posted on Twitter in particular is very odd.
