They've got flower buds. Not sure they will flower. Some of the buds have fallen off which seems to be a thing. It's a steep learning curve however one I'd like to master! :)

Not all potatoes flower.
Just have a peek in the soil and if there are potatoes there the size you like eat them.

ORLLY! Did not know that. I've generally waited for the flowers to fall off and haulms to die back a bit and then lifted a couple to see what they spuds were like.
