Does anyone know anything about Lachlan Morton’s contract/ pay? He appears on a lot of rapha stuff, gets a lot of coverage for the team, and has probably helped with the profile moving into mtb, gravel etc for rapha.
Do we reckon he gets paid additionally by rapha, gets paid a higher than average EF team salary, or gets paid relatively low as per his world tour results?

Mitch Docker interviewed Simon Mottram for his latest Life in the Peloton.

He doesn’t go into this but it’s interesting nonetheless. Docker isn’t a journalist so he misses what I think are some obvious questions. On the other hand he probably gets more out of subjects than a journalist would in some respects.

Geraint and Luke talk about this on a Watts Occuring podcast (with G's agent). Most pros start of on similar contacts/amounts but then things get a lot higher/non-standard when you get to GC contenders and monument winners. It's a interesting podcast.
