Probably the post rather than the saddle no?
edit, I mean the clamp, not the post in the seat tube.

Could be the saddle rails, the saddle clamp or the seat post clamp.
Take it all apart, clean and regrease all the threads when reassembling.

Assuming it actually is the saddle, then it's likely your rails: treat with carbon assembly paste (despite the name it's best practice to use on all clamped interfaces, regardless of the materials involved).
While you're at it, do as DJ suggests and disassemble the entire clamp and lube all threads.

Good intel, I'll check the lbs for paste and take it all apart and reassemble. Thanks chaps

Please post your success rate. Have the same problem with one.

I've fixed same on rails many times: take saddle off, clean rails and clamp, reseat them with a drop of oil.

Oo nasty. Sounds like a complete new bike is needed I'm afraid.

Saddle too far back/forward?

Also having this problem with a Fizik at the minute. Have tried 3 other saddles and have confirmed it is indeed the actual saddle causing the problem.

The saddle creak before last was a cracked saddle rail, the last creak was the saddle clamp bolt just before it snapped and the latest creak does appear to be dirty saddle hardware on the stupidly complex 3T Ionic. Cleaned and copper greased.
Tempted to slather the underside in grease to see if it can cure the creak, or is the creak the signal that you need a new saddle? Anyone treated one successfully? Fizik Arione for the enquiring minds, find they are particularly bad for creaking after owning three, never again
