I've had Broad Beans wiped out by Black Fly for the past few years and it looks like its happening again this year.
Getting tonnes of blackfly on some of mine, but not infested early enough to hamper the bean production. Only about 4 ladybirds though, lazy buggers. I did a bit of smooshing but might need the soapy spray.
Anyone got advice on the garlic rust?

Strange how my plot neighbour's beans 10 foot away are totally unaffected - he hasn't sprayed or pinched the tips out either.
