These integrated top cap/bolt from absolute black are nice (and only 5 grams! For the weight weenies)
I have the older version (top) which ironically at the moment is mounted on the heaviest bike I’ve ever ridden.

If you want light, my Shiv doesn't have any top cap.
That's not a weight weenie decision, it's me not wanting to cut the steerer so the Pro stem cap will fit.

I think they're more useful from a turbo trainer, sweat-catching point of view because there's no bolt hole for sweat to penetrate.
