I still have a Cannondale R500 bought new in 1992 (I think).
This is the only photo I can find of it at the moment and It has changed a bit since I took it.
I have put back on the ergo bars and stem it came with instead of the Cinellis and wrapped them in black.
Now fitted with Conti Gatorskin tyres.
It still has the original finish althoygh it has a few scratches and some corrosion, it's not too bad.

Hi all, I’ve recently brought a CAAD4 frame but it’s missing the bb shell cable guide, where would I be able to source one of these or if they are unavailable is there any other models caads that the cable guide would fit ?

From the comments on Pink bike:
Cannondale execs: We need to launch a "new" bike this summer but we are out of derailleurs, rear shocks, 27.5 and 29" wheels, dropper posts, and low on brakes."
Dave in marketing: I have an idea... -

Hey folks,
Can someone advice on what type/style/size of headset I need for a CAAD7 R2000?
Thanks in advance!

i think this works
if you take the forks out and can assess the angle of the crown race, pretty much any other 1 1/8th straight integrated headset with the same angle will work -

Integrated. Campag (36 deg?) style.

i can be wrong but i think it's 45. i remember cleaning my OG campg headset in this very same frameset.

I know it’s Campag, I just can’t remember the number :)

All seems to be original on the pic.
I remember there is some sort of plastic fork crown on the steerer, part of the headset, i guess that allows things to stay in place even without stem.
Anyway if the wrong crown is on there will clearly be a gouge in it
Aero. I’d do the same as long as it doesn’t lead to a DQ, which it didn’t.
