I feel for you, as such a frame would have a been a treat, and to be getting it just before summer, wow.
I have sold and bought a number of frames internationnally, personnaly i always go through ebay and the global shipping program if i am ok to send it abroad, as insurance is automatic and you are only ever responsible for the frame to reach your country's despatch depot.
I would even endeavour the thought of putting it on ebay for a closed bid just to use the service.
