From his responses, the frame was packaged well, the buyer did some of the damage himself, and the forum is unfair with him

It seems I posted to an un-refreshed thread. The seller was saying there were more pics, and that the buyer wasn’t giving the whole side of the convo. I thought they should get a fair chance to share their own pics, and give their account of the transaction, because it seemed to me that they were on the back foot replying to others’ queries and posts.
That said, they later replied with what I quoted above, and additionally brought in allusions to buyer’s remorse. So they seem satisfied that they’ve spoken their piece.

I empathise with the buyer but I think we should give the seller a fair chance to represent their side.
