How accurate do you need the temperature?
I like my Sage smart kettle, it does 80, 85, 90, 95, 100.I think the principle with boiling water and leaving it to cool is to kill any bacteria though.
I have used a beer jacket from the freezer to cool water for baby milk before.
I have lots of friends who have sworn by the Tommee Tippee Prefect Prep machine.
Worth it to save you 30m-1h of sleep a night.
