• I’m a fan of Gildan - cheap as chips, not cut like a sack and plenty of colours. I use them for smart-ish when they’re new then work/exercise as they get a bit of wear. Best I’ve found so far.

  • Agree with that. But they don’t stay soft and get crispy after a while. I’ve been looking to switch my basic tees range but there’s not much around. Tried the uniqlo supina recently but it fits like a sack.

  • Yeah true. Although not great environmentally, they’re so cheap you can buy enough that the gradual crispness doesn’t matter. Uniqlo are crap, lose structure very quickly - was not impressed.

  • Got any other tees you can recommend? I buy 10 new white tees every 2-3 years and wear them until they collapse. Been using Uniqlos basic tee recently which I think are great for the money. They don't stay soft like you say but I don't mind. They're about to turn see-through now though, but that's after about 100 washes so nothing to complain about. Need to get a new batch in though.
