How do you work that one out? Why would one seek to exclude trans people if they weren't transphobes? Any action that seeks to de-humanise or denigrate trans people, is transphobic.
Trans Exclusive Radical Feminists want to remove or down-play the rights of trans women because they are literally scared that they will have their own rights removed or diminished. That's transphobia.
