Not that different from 9100, right?

I think they look bad due to the chainrings. They might've put these on, to fly a little bit more under the radar. I suspect the final release will have different chainrings, similar to 9100.

Definitely not the final crank. Shimano always making ugly cranks but not that ugly, that looks like FSA.

I think they are. They're no uglier than 9100 and surely they want to test the real deal instead of some very different proto cranks?
