Is this a "pan head" screw? If so, where I can I find one in M4x5mm, to take a 2.5mm hex head and with a head diameter is ~5mm. I've tried eBay and a couple of fastening places and the heads all seem to be 7mm diameter.

Can’t you just grind off a mm?

Yes it’s a pan head, also iirc a cheese head (USA)

I've updated the post. There are a few places doing 5mm and I could probably grind it down with a lot of care. Finding the small head seems tricky.
