My mate's bought a pair and already taken 1.5 mins off his 5km PB, just in a training run. He was trying to get to sub-20, and he's run sub-19. Every run he does, he's smashing his Strava times. Says wearing them round the house feels like being on a bouncy castle. That 2hr mara is just around the corner.
