How's the STI/V-brake combo working out for you?

Always wondered how well those pulleys worked.

@elHuron: Did you ever consider mini-Vs? Clearance wise you might me able to make it.

i wouldn't use a pulley again. it's my girlfriends bike and in the winter it's even worse with gloves, you do need strong hands.

next bike will be fitted with mini-Vs for sure, i think the shimano ones should be able to clear 42mm tires with 52mm fenders.
